The PFSVC Seal is not an algorithmically generated badge. It is a credential earned through a strict, multi-stage human verification protocol. Our standards are designed to eliminate fraud, validate core competencies, and provide zero-risk hiring for global founders.

The Four-Pillar Protocol

Pillar I: Institutional Identity Verification

  • Government ID Cross-Check: We mandate the submission of valid, government-issued identification (CNIC/Passport).
  • Biometric Liveness Match: Applicants undergo a live video capture to ensure the person applying matches the submitted identity documents.
  • Sanctions & AML Screening: Basic background screening to ensure compliance with international contracting laws.

Pillar II: Proctored Skills Assessment

  • Domain-Specific Testing: Candidates complete rigorous, timed assessments tailored to their specific discipline (e.g., Full-Stack Development, UI/UX Design).
  • Anti-Plagiarism Protocols: Assessments are conducted in a proctored environment utilizing browser-lock and AI-detection tools to ensure original work.

Pillar III: The Human Evaluation (Interview)

  • Peer-Level Interview: A mandatory live video interview conducted by a senior, PFSVC-certified practitioner in the applicant's field.
  • Communication & Cultural Fit: We assess English proficiency, professional communication, and remote-work readiness.
  • Live Problem Solving: Candidates are asked to explain their previous work or solve a live case study to prove real-world competence.

Pillar IV: Continuous Monitoring & Revocation

  • Annual Re-Verification: The PFSVC seal is valid for 12 months. Members must undergo re-verification to maintain their active status.
  • Zero-Tolerance Revocation: If a verified member is found to have falsified work or outsourced their contracts, their seal is permanently revoked.
