1. The Verification License
The PFSVC Seal is a licensed credential. It is granted to individuals who successfully pass our four-pillar verification protocol. This license is:
- Non-transferable (You cannot give your badge to a friend or team member).
- Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
- Subject to immediate revocation if identity or skill fraud is detected.
2. Member Code of Conduct
Verified members are ambassadors of the Pakistani freelance community. You agree to:
- Maintain high professional standards in all global client interactions.
- Not use the PFSVC Seal to "rent" accounts to unverified third parties.
- Ensure all work submitted to clients under the PFSVC credential is your own original work.
3. Institutional Disclaimer
PFSVC is a verification body, not an employer or a freelance marketplace.
- We do not guarantee employment or freelance contracts.
- We are not liable for disputes between clients and verified members.
- We reserve the right to refuse verification to any applicant without disclosing internal assessment scores.
4. Zero-Tolerance Fraud Policy
Any attempt to manipulate the proctored testing environment, use AI to bypass skills assessments, or provide forged government identification will result in a permanent lifetime ban from the PFSVC registry.
